Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 tsp. Fennel
½ tsp. Red pepper
2 tsp. Coriander
2 tsp. Black PepperPlace
a large flat skillet on medium heat. Break the meat apart and
begin to brown. After 2 minutes, add the rest of the
ingredients and mix. Continue to stir until completely brown.
The trick to great sausage
for grilled pizza is to go with the leanest, freshest meat you
can find. Otherwise you’ll end up with unwanted grease on your
otherwise artistic creation. Look for local producers, like
American Pasturage, at your farmer’s market.
