This Meat Loaf
will make you sit up and take notice. The bursting flavor and
delicate taste of the grass fed meat will satisfy even the most
finicky meat loaf connoisseur.
Ingredients
2 Pounds Pasture Purefect Ground Beef
1 Pound American Pasturage Ground Lamb
2 Farm Fresh Eggs
1/4 Cup Coarsely Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Fine Bread Crumbs
3/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Chives
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Basil
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the remaining ingredients
in a large bowl using the hands. Mix well, but do not over do
it. Too much mixing may make the meat loaf too dense.
Place the mixture on aluminum
foil inside a large baking dish or pie pan. Shape the mixture
to your liking.
Bake 1-1/2 hours.
You may wish serve the meat loaf
with a tomato sauce or your favorite meat loaf condiment.
